POSITIONS	CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (ASSISTANT MANAGER)
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE	BBA , MBA (2021 and 2022 Passing out) Cold calling on a regular basis to a defined segment Creation of “wish list “and constant updating. Doing minimum of 15 customer engagement in a day. (Engagement defined as Product pitches, bank presentation or follow-up discussion) Conducting promotional /micro marketing activities to generate customer leads and follow up on such leads on a daily basis. Reviewing Goal sheet performance/performance pay out to know what is being missing or what has been over achieved. Doing IRDA/trade finance/other necessary certifications for better product/bank understanding. Stepping out for market making and calls between 10am to 5 PM EDSR updating and maintenance. Reporting of activities which are illegal / posh / financial intransigence. This could either be branch banking or any other divisions within the bank.

INTERVIEW PROCESS	Assessment test, Personal Interview.
SALARY	Graduates: 2.2 – 2.5 LPA Post Graduates: 2.5 – 3.5 LPA
