SVIET aims to encourage research and innovation in Electronics & Communication and allied areas. The objective of the M.Tech. Program in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is to give students great opportunities for research and development, as everyday consumers need new devices to support them in daily life. The department prepares the students in such a manner so that they can explore their scientific temperament and come out with novel ideas that can be further put into practice to achieve matchless results. Under the banner of M.Tech. ECE, the students are taught the advanced theoretical and practical postulates of electronics and communication. As B.Tech. had already instilled in them the principles of ECE, this superior level polishes them and challenges the overall understanding of the students. In short, it pushes the students to the limits.
Several private firms are rising in the electronics field due to the huge popularity and usage of electronic equipment. These firms need capable professionals for developing and marketing their products as the electronics market is very competitive. Thus, these firms can provide lots of job opportunities for M.Tech. graduates in Electronics and Communication. Some of the popular companies which provide lucrative job opportunities for these graduates are TCS, Wipro, Siemens, Infosys, etc.
After M.Tech. in Electronics and Communications, students can get incredible job opportunities in the government sector like ISRO, C-DAC, DRDO, and VSSC.
